Welcome to The Football Signal. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

By accessing and using The Football Signal (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

The Football Signal provides AI-powered football match analysis ("Service"). Our Service uses our own machine learning and statistical models, running on our own infrastructure, to analyze football matches and provide probability-based statistical insights for various outcomes.

The Service is free to use and supported by advertising, with optional account registration and optional paid VIP packages.

Important: Our analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice or guaranteed outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

An account is optional for browsing, and required to hold VIP access or search credits. You may register with an email address and password, or sign in with your Google account.

By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account
• Notify us promptly at support@thefootballsignal.com of any unauthorized use

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account forfeits any unused VIP access or credits.

We offer paid VIP packages that unlock premium match insights not shown in free analysis. Packages are sold either as a recurring plan with a set number of VIP searches per period, or as a one-time credit pack that does not expire. The type, price, currency, and billing period of each package are shown on the Pricing page before you purchase.

Payment Methods

• Cryptocurrency — processed by NowPayments. Your access is activated automatically once the network confirms the payment
• PayPal — handled manually. You email us your payment receipt and we activate your access by hand, normally within one business day

We are not a card processor and never receive your card, bank, or wallet credentials. Prices are shown inclusive of any tax we are required to charge. We may change prices at any time; a price change never affects a package you have already paid for.

Activation and Delivery

VIP access is digital and is delivered to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Because delivery is immediate and the Service is consumed as you use it, you acknowledge that performance begins at once upon confirmation.

You may cancel a recurring package at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep VIP access until that period ends.

• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network we cannot reverse it
• Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support@thefootballsignal.com with your payment reference and the reason for the request
• Where a refund is granted, any remaining VIP access and credits from that purchase are removed from your account
• We do not refund for dissatisfaction with the accuracy of analysis. Our analysis is probabilistic and, as stated throughout these Terms, is never guaranteed
• Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you hold under the consumer law of your own country

Purchases made inside our mobile apps are sold by Apple or Google, not by us. Those refunds are handled entirely by Apple Support or Google Play Support under their own policies.

The Service is funded in part by advertising, served through Google AdSense. We do not control which specific advertisements appear, and displaying an advertisement is not an endorsement of the advertiser or its products. Details of advertising cookies, and how to opt out of personalized advertising, are in our Privacy Policy.

If you hold an account we may send you transactional email — password resets, payment confirmations, and account or security notices. This email is part of the Service and is sent for as long as your account exists.

We may also send occasional marketing email about features and offers. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email without affecting your account or your VIP access.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Football Signal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service

No Guarantees

Our AI analysis is based on statistical models and historical data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. Football is inherently unpredictable, and unexpected results can and do occur.

Informational Only

Our analysis consists of statistical insights provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice or a recommendation of any kind.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any decisions you make based on our analysis
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable local laws
• Using the Service responsibly and ethically

We encourage responsible use of our Service. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use our analysis as one data point among many, not as a sole basis for decisions
• Understand that statistical models have inherent limitations
• Not misrepresent our analysis as guaranteed outcomes
• Not use our Service if you are under 18

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOOTBALL SIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from decisions based on our analysis
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Inaccurate analysis or insights
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party conduct or content
• Any use of our Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Football Signal and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of the analysis provided

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Football Signal. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Football Signal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Football Signal regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
